ElderHomeList Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to the public ElderHomeList website and any prelaunch or testing features made available through it. Additional terms may apply to family accounts, facility accounts, provider subscriptions, media services, or other services when those features are approved and enabled.
1. Prelaunch service
ElderHomeList is in development and testing. Features may be incomplete, changed, suspended, or unavailable. The public website does not itself provide facility matching, admission, clinical assessment, emergency services, or confirmed tour booking.
2. Appropriate use
You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy protected content, impersonate another person or facility, submit false information, or misuse contact channels.
3. No emergency or medical services
ElderHomeList and Oracle do not provide emergency services, diagnosis, treatment, medical advice, clinical assessment, or admission decisions. Call 911 or the appropriate emergency or clinical professional for urgent needs.
4. Provider-updated information
Facility availability, pricing, rooms, funding, care capabilities, photos, and related information are provided or updated by facilities and may change. ElderHomeList and Oracle do not guarantee that provider information remains current.
5. No guarantees
ElderHomeList and Oracle do not guarantee availability, admission, safety, suitability, quality, placement, family response, facility response, tour confirmation, or any particular result.
6. Oracle control
Oracle Senior Placement Agency reviews inquiries before provider outreach, introduction, family-information release, or tour confirmation. A tour request is not a confirmed tour.
7. Matching independence
Provider payment, plan price, Founding status, media purchases, and move-in credits do not purchase or improve match eligibility, ranking, Oracle treatment, family choice, or placement priority.
8. Intellectual property
ElderHomeList names, logos, designs, software, templates, and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to use the public website for its intended purpose.
9. Suspension
ElderHomeList may restrict access to protect users, privacy, security, legal compliance, or service integrity.
10. Changes
These Terms may be updated as the service develops. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and version.
